It is school policy that ALL visitors to the school must sign in at the front office - no exceptions. All visitors must come into the school building through the front entrance!
School Check IN System
Each visitor must check in and out when in the school, regardless of the time of day. Should the system flag an individual for any reason, the system will automatically and privately alert the front office staff and the school's administrators. Those administrators will then talk to the individual and work through any issue.
As you leave the building, you return to the school's check-in station, click on the "visitors" icon, locate your name and click on "check out." This will check you out of the system and indicate you are leaving the school grounds.
All visitors and volunteers must wear their name badges in plain sight at all times while on school grounds or at school-related events or activities. Visitors will not, however, be asked to check in and out using this system during large evening PTO meetings, school plays, programs, athletic events, etc.
